"Maria was so wonderful I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She’s so charismatic, nice, and patient with people. She takes her time explaining to people topics or questions. She’ll go over them and even give you additional helpful information for the time being or for if anything happens in the future. Definitely would say ask to speak to Maria if you need anything or help. I just spoke with Hazel I’m unsure how to make another review since I don’t usually do reviews so I’ll update it to this one. She called me randomly to ask me if I needed insurance for my car which I didn’t because I already had one. She was very nice and convincing and told me she would just check for me to see if she can provide me a better deal than my current one. Amazing she got it down. I wasn’t planning on switching my insurance but by the end of the call I did. Hazel was so attentive and she knew her information and walked me through every step of the process and what everything meant. She ensures you know what you’re signing up for what you’re being charged for and other questions you may have. We were on the phone for approximately maybe 30-40 minutes for the process. It took quite some time since I was hesitant but she’s a really good insurance person that got me to switch insurances by the end of the call. I don’t really do reviews but she had great customer service and was very knowledgeable I had to share my experience."
